As many of you are now acutely aware, our industry lost one of its key suppliers this past week. International Filing Company (IFC, formerly Barkley, Century Index) announced Thursday, April 15, that it has ceased operations. IFC has always been a tough, yet friendly competitor. In this tough economy, we continue to hear of and experience the horrors of companies having to close their doors, leaving many with an uncertain future.
